Good afternoon everyone. The Mr.Carlisle referred to in the judgment is indeed me, of Deep Blue Costs and Checkmylegalfees.com. I am not quite sure why there is a perceived mystery about my involvement, as if there is something "cloak and dagger" about this. I have been dealing with Solicitors Act cases for about 30 years and now - my Linkedin article on the subject has been read over 5,000 times - I now do nothing else, have been involved in a number of widely reported cases on the subject, and get results for individuals and businesses who have been overcharged, sometimes by frankly extraordinary levels.
