Why go through all this litigation. If there is nothing to hide why not just hand over the file. I would always be deeply suspicious of a firm that puts up barriers like this. If a file has been run well and within the rules a Solicitor should not really have any issue handing a file over generally.

And all this bashing of Mark Carlisle for running doing the advocacy is poor. I'm sure that if he has been doing the job for all that time his lack of rights would have been brought up before now, unless only you very clever people here are the only ones to have spotted it.
