Monumentally questionable judgment I have to say; the constant attention drawn to what is a toxic or even unlawful method of attracting client's to an esoteric cause of action arising under the Solicitors Act 1974. Please keep it up - good show.

I do not know what you are really trying to so with the constant bad publicity; save as looks like some form of ritual self-cleansing before you get into the cockpit and fly off to perform your duty for the emperor.

When I wake up of a morning the first thing that normally crosses my addled mind is where breakfast is happening. Up until recently and being an unsophisticated supplier of legal services, I have never thought of using the Solicitors Act 1974 to found a cause of action. Well done for this, well done indeed!

It is a mystery that any unsophisticated users of legal services, upon walking to the chilly crepuscular dawn, are suddenly blinded by the obvious realization that a cause of action under s.68 for delivery of the papers for the purposes of an assessment under s.70 may very well exist.

‘Why yes’……they say to themselves ‘I was just reading Chamberlain v Boddie and King [1982] 1 WLR 1443 in the back of the van the other day…’

Joking apart – there are some very serious conduct problems raises with all of this – and they are all worthy of an open and candid explanation.

Please take the time to do this gentlemen; it will be but small mitigation the damage to the profession you have caused, and the financial harm you have dispended to members of the public.

Your client’s deserve an honest explanation for their failed matters.
