Anon 18.38 you are clearly a horrid dinosaur. Equal opportunities?Appointments on merit? Hiring people to do the work the business needs at the time the business needs it doing? It is strange that you never get any of the women who produce these articles complaining about areas of legal practice where females dominate, CPS for example,nor do you get them demanding equal gender representation in hard dirty and unpleasant work .. steel works, manual labouring etc.
