And so it finally begins on pay equality and other work related issues for women such as harassment (the Weinstein effect)- thank goodness and about time too!
I've seen and experienced enough discrimination against women over my several decades in the legal 'profession' to know that the gender pay gap is no fallacy but alive and thriving in some sectors -ask Carrie Gracie. Perhaps poignant there is going to be some real progress on this issue 100 years after some women were first able to vote.
Good luck to the other BBC ladies with their pay parity claim as well.
