This article is factually incorrect. The physiotherapist in question has not been 'suspended' but has an interim order application imposed by the HCPTS Investigating Committee. This application has temporarily withheld practising privileges whilst an ongoing investigation into allegations are made (this is why there are no findings about this practitioner). These restrictions can and may be lifted at any point during that investigation process. I hope that Keogh's comments have not prejudiced that process.
