Whilst I agree in part, these sort of things are not orchestrated by just a "few" it includes the bigger players, it also has not helped that the industry as a whole has buried its collective heads in the sand when faced with these allegations for numerous years knowing full well most insurers wont go to trial over a £1.5K dodgy PI claim as its not cost efficient based mostly on the wild outcomes obtained at Birkenhead court
