As you correctly state its the pressure of the job and the daily belief that somehow they are doing the right thing because the daily huddle to settle their caseload tells them not to read the report, not to read between the lines.
As an insurer I cant blame the employees for towing the proverbial line when they are fed such garbage by the people who haven't handled a low value RTA case in the last decade if at all
