"Enid Rowlands brings a wealth of Board experience to the SRA. She was a Board Member of the General Medical Council for 8 years and has been UK Chair of Victim Support. She has held roles with the Information Commissioner’s Office, NEST Corporation Consumer Focus, North Wales Police Authority, North Wales Health Authority and S4C Broadcasting Authority.

After studying psychology, her professional life working in economic development training and skills. She began her career working with unemployed and disadvantaged young people and became Chair of Education and Skills Wales, responsible for all post 16 education and training in Wales outside the Higher Education sector. She has also been a Trustee in the voluntary sector including positions with the Royal National Institute for the Deaf and The Prince's Trust."
