That comment says it all really Mr President - We're going down the pan. Slowly but surely things get worse in all sorts of ways year on year. Are you actually reading this stuff? Do you actually really care at all about wellbeing of the majority of your members? If so why have you and your organisation done absolutely nothing useful about improving it for as long as I can remember?- usually remaining firmly 'sat on the fence' and never really wanting to upset anyone nor tread on their toes, nor really ever getting to grips with the problems of the average high street practice of which we are all,(including no doubt yourself), so well aware?
