Anon 14:54 - I agree that a £2,000 small claims limit may be acceptable (although perhaps gradual increases over the past 27 might have been preferable) but what is surely not justified is the £5,000 limit for RTA's.
Moreover the fact that any lawyer (even one who is now a politician) welcomes the involvement of CMC's shows just how corrupt this government's policy towards injured people really is.
