Or, you took a claim of real value of £25k and inflated it to £350k.

That is the alternative way of looking at it not that this is right or wrong.

I do wonder what is wrong with provisional damages (most PI Firms no longer know about), or letting the LIP have a second bite if they find their injuries are worse later (say 5 years or 10 down the line)?
