The problem facing the claimant PI industry as I see it is that they argued ahead of LASPO that there was no need for any reform at all, at a time when the likes of Winns and Amelans were announcing multi million pound profits.

It's like Labour under Millipede and Ballsup not accepting that they got in wrong on the economy and then asking the country to trust them at the General Election.

Address that problem and you might have at least a small chance of being heard.
