I love the fact people come up with the extreme examples as to why a LIP will not be able to deal with the reforms IF they think their injury requires monetary compensation.
Whilst I agree the CAB wont have resources to advise I'm pretty sure there will plenty of online advice, solicitors are more than happy to advertise how much each injury is worth and advertise just how simple it is to claim £x amount of pounds now so surely this information will still be available?? surely you guys only have the injured party in mind and access to justice
