I doubt whether the increase in LIPS will over top the decrease in Solicitor fast track work currently in courts for the same reason the courts are not currently full of LIPs making PPI claims Claimants will either go to a CMC who can’t act for the Claimant If proceedings have to be issued or a Solicitor who won’t have the funding to do so. The practical upshot will be only claimants with dead cert cases will get any help (if you can call what CMCs Offer that) and once there is a denial and the going gets tough the CMCs won’t want to know and it won’t be worth paying a Solicitor. At that point I can’t see any but the very hardy stumping up
