While Burroughs Day claim to be "a law firm with its roots firmly in the West Country – since 1829" on their website (now operated by Metcalfes Solicitors LLP). The LLP that has gone in to Administration, however, was formed less than a year ago.

Time will tell whether the creditors get paid.
