Comment

One must remember that he has been released having served a sentence following conviction of a number of discrete offences. The findings of the police of his apparent guilt of many dozens of other offences, for which he was not prosecuted, never mind not found guilty, should not and presumably have not been considered by the parole board.

If there is a feeling that he should be away for longer then prosecute him for some of the other offences in addition, if there is a public interest (as apposed to an interest by the public) in doing so.
