It is patently obvious that none of those involved in the debate thought to seek advice from any civil court judge (from Employment Dudges and District Judges, up to their Lordships in the Court of Appeal) in respect of the consequences of generating yet more claims involving litigants in person.

This seems to be nothing more than yet another recipe for clogging up the courts even further.

And do they seriously believe that the large corporations referred to are not going to be legally represented ?
