Good. A pointless, unenforceable and frankly unnecessary idea in my view. A sop handed up to the insurers by the claimant lobby as some form of deflection from much more significant and important reforms facing claimant's. Client's who have opted in and are consenting to being contacted are NOT being cold called. The government quite rightly knows this and are not going to be bothered about it when they know that the forthcoming GDPR will make incredibly difficult for CMC's to contact people unless they have very company specific opt ins. This European regulation will kill this in its tracks anyway.
