Agree anon @14.37. The reason insurers complain bitterly about alleged cold calls is because they have failed to farm the claims themselves via their own marketing efforts and therefore it represents lost income for themselves and their cohorts. Like a petulant child they don’t want anyone else to do what they are doing themselves.
