I only hope you have taken prudent steps to protect your client against the many thousands of pounds of this failed action.

Give your client in the case of Hanley has been given permission by Master James to appeal to the Appellant Division (on public policy grounds amongst others no less!) - please tell the readership what steps are being taken to protect your client here.

May I remind you the sum, if anything, at stake for your client is about £700 inclusive of VAT. The costs generated in the Appellant Division are likely to be fantastic and many, many thousands of pounds.
