In respect of JG's clients, they will have the benefit of the minimum terms of his PII so if the successful defendant brings proceedings against the client for adverse costs JG can be joined in as a second defendant so as to engage the policy.

Of course this means everyone will indirectly bear the costs of the matter.

As for checkmylegalfees.com I doubt that they have any PII let alone on the basis of the minimum terms.

Whether there are strong arguments as to allow for the lifting of the corporate veil I know not, but on the face of it this must be an attractive argument.
