Anon 13:26, quite correct - the previous LSG articles concerning this subject make for concerning reading.

One comment which stands out in my mind suggested that a client of JG had been told it was some sort of insurance claim, and had no idea about anything to do with applications for assessment and the like.

Attractive marketing suggesting significant windfalls can easily convince people that they have been wronged - even those who before seeing an advert hadn't given the matter a moment's thought since their case settled a year prior.

For me that is the difficult part, knowing that otherwise reasonable people may be being hoodwinked into being willing cash cows for the likes of Green and Carlisle.
