JG cannot pick and chose what bill they want taxed only to take advantage of the rules.

Anyway, the only part of a bill (any sort of bill it seems) Carlisle challenges is the 25% amount - its his only argument as the rest of the profit time goes unchallenged at assessment.

Makes the whole exercise of getting the file a huge was of time and a bit of a side show -nice little earner if you fall for the traps they set along the way mind.
