I would agree with Mr Branfield. Being prepared to attend an all male event which employs only young and attractive women to serve and speak to you does lack integrity. No one is suggesting that Mr Minkoff participated in groping or other lewd behaviour and should be held to account for the criminal behaviour of others. But he did choose to attend an outdated, sexist event that objectified women and created an environment that facilitated abusive behaviour. Indeed, it seems the organisers anticipated that the hostesses would be harassed and abused. There are plenty of charity events to attend, why this one?
