Well said. I have had years of behaviour like this - even lately (client asked for sex after a meeting was ending - only he and I were in the room, he touched my hands...ugh,, I am over 50. When on earth does it end? I have had this since I was 14 years old. Men have no idea what womena re subjected to.

Of course most men are not like this and for female lawyers it is when it is a senior man at work doing it (yes I've had that too a good while ago) that it's hard as if you cause trouble you cannot feed your children as that person utterly controls your destiny, The sooner 80% of senior and highest paid roles in the UK are held by women the better.
