It is with monotonous regularity that we read an article about some game changing ABS who are going to used client fucussed technology and commoditisation to offer an enhanced consumer experience and thereby achieve world domination. Only to read two years later that they have gone bust.

It is unsurprising that traditional Solicitors, myself included take these heralds with a pinch of salt. My sympathies with anyone who is now out of work because of this.
