However, we do need to address the fact that in the real world postbags are now virtually empty and inboxes are full. Should we really be able to put on the footer of our letterhead and email, in tiny and obscure 4-point font, that we do not accept service by email? It is weaselly and dickensian and does not reflect well on lawyers.
