My apologies but I don't wish to come across as rude, derogatory nor disrespectful to nobody - Any onset of higher stress levels, worry etc., which can often lead to mental health illnesses must be tackled head long.

See a shrink? Sort it out? Many tend to overlook this as something less worthy than perhaps a more physical ailment...on the contrary. It is by far more worthy if not vital.

The brain is not unlike any other muscle, exercising good practice to keep it good order is vital above all else, CBT or suchlike can put a lid on things when the going gets tough. No-one is immune and frankly put it can save you a massive amounts of hassle, strife and ill-health.

Even yes talking often helps, thanks for reading..you're worth it. Every single one of you. Value yours and others mental well being. Regards.
