Be careful (as those with young children will confirm) - if you say the words: "That's not cool" you are emulating Xuli, a character in the CBeebies 'Go-Jetters' series, who uses it in every programme to describe Grandmaster Glitch's latest eco-wrecking self-indulgence. So expect a degree of ridicule (if of course ridicule is still permitted) should you use the expression in a real business context! Try something a bit less 'kiddie-hip' if you need to deal with inadvertent/unintended/minor overstepping of boundaries. And remember, we are all human and capable of getting things wrong from time to time, so a little leeway, please (which is not to excuse serious abuse or harassment).
