This really is not cool. Don't try so hard. The best thing is the trainee,support staff,assistant,partner whoever goes up to the person who made the comment and tells them to 'shut up and not do it again' or words to that effect. In public. They probably wont do it again. It will probably work better than some drippy 'safe word'. This smacks of process showing in the vein of 'we care a lot' but not really. If you don't like my advice you know what to do!
