Isn't it great that this publication is available to the public?
Now I, unquestionably better educated and informed than a huge swathe of my fellow-citizens, have learnt that our common law, so prized by lawyers, asserts that the police are "under no general duty to catch criminals or protect the public", and that this freedom not to do the main thing that citizens pay the police for is supported by the Home Secretary, so hypocritically careless of what the electorate wants and pays him/her for.
I wonder if there are solicitors among the Brexiteers who are cheering that they will take back control (which they so obviously used to have) of their country.
