I would argue the contrary point, but for the same reasons - LiPs should be an unwelcome problem for the Court because the profligacy of such suggests severe problems with the availability of Legal Aid funding. The system is broken and is in dire need of repair.

It's all too common that parties go unrepresented, against Counsel for a Defendant with the wherewithal to afford such a luxury.
