Completely agree with anon @ 19.01.

By prioritising the needs of specific religious communities, it discriminates against those of other faith and non-faith backgrounds.

I am not sure that coronial services regularly experience "‘unnecessary bureaucratic delays’" as referred to by the AYBS. The coronial service must be run according to its' ability to function under everyday stresses and strains of the service.

Also, what "unnecessary bureaucratic delays’" are they referring to? Are they genuinely arguing that the processing of other bodies that are not of Jewish faith is "unnecessary bureaucratic"? This is a highly disturbing argument to make and should offend all persons of faith and non-faith backgrounds alike.

Also, one important point to make - the Jewish funeral organiser Adath Yisroel Burial Society (AYBS) technically has not suffered harm by the coroners' decision. Are they a correct party? Shouldn't the true party challenging the decision be a family that has actually suffered a loss or harm? And even then, could that family show that they have suffered harm because of other bodies being processed in a cab rank system?

I will be looking forward to the hearing and judgment in this matter.
