ALl good stuff. I am afraid when I stafrted 30 years ago my trainee intake was 50/50 female and yet now only 20% of the highest paid jobs (senior equity partnerships in the most profitable firms ) are with women. Even if you sift out the 1 in 4 without children women still do badly. I am not happy that so very often when I meet groups of lawyers I am seeing senior women who are in house on low pay and the equity partners the same age on 3 and 4x the pay are male. It is not a good trend.

Women - always follow the money. Your children will thank you for it.
