It's well known that LASPO was to save on legal aid budget but consequences are that more legal aid granted to children who are now made parties and costs are also now transferred to court bill for adjourned hearings incorrect applications more trials loss of judges time and courts staff costs all now being increased due to less courts. Glad some MPs are now giving examples to committees but basically MOJ don't care even though money all from same budget. Rant over - from the inside
