It's a done deal if the government can survive the Brexit votes. Implementation will be chaotic but as I understand it the new portal capable of dealing with LiPs is almost done. It will be a disaster for everyone except the insurers of course.

When the public finally find out about all this [when they are turned away from solicitors offices and pointed in the direction of "Mrs Compensator's Claim Shop" instead] they will not be happy, but it will be way too late by then. It comes to something when you are hoping for a collapse in government to avoid the disgraceful vandalism of the legal system.
