Which is exactly what the Parole Board found was not the case after careful consideration and a invitation for the Government Legal Service to put in an appearance before the decision, contrary to what knee jerk reaction on here would say to the contrary.

So, it may be that Phillipa Kaufman QC can according to Radio 4 yesterday, 'go in hard' (?) in her examination and plead in the strongest terms, 'irrationality', but it is difficult to see where that irrational decision came from when the Parole Boards decision was clearly argued, was founded on the evidence before the Tribunal and the Parole Board specifically invited an argument to the contrary.
