I work for a large insurer is all I'm going to say, but we pay £600 to firms for tens of thousands of pointless low value trivial claims, whether that company decides to pay the £100 vat is non of my business but what is my business is being 100% certain that the claimant PI handler has never spoken a word to their client, has no concept on reading medical reports, cannot answer the telephone and discuss liability and yet feels they are doing the world a service.
Data entry at school leaver level does not require £600 (£500 plus £100 vat)
