Your post speaks volumes about the PI claimant Sector and you wonder why other professionals even within your own industry dislike the sector.
For your 1 example I will give 10 equally as bad....claimant solicitors value 10 month sti to neck with 50% attribution at £7k, when questioned via the portal their response was “I’m a solicitor and you’re and insurer and WEATHER I know how to value claims is of little importance”
