Arrogant and disrespectful. Sour grapes. It's not about tribunals being free at the point of delivery. It's about tribunal fees having the practical effect of denying unemployed (usually) and penniless (almost always) claimants from having any form of redress. Am I right in thinking that HM Govt has still not put in place a way of reimbursing all those claimants who paid their fees? Expect a Bill in Parliament sometime soon...
