Crumbling courts. Sorry but that is just somewhat dramatic. I know the Courts are under funded and in need of updates, but if strip lights are just falling off of the roofs it is more likely that not because they were not properly installed in the first place. There are lightings and fixtures in far older buildings than the Sheffield Court that have remained in position for a longer period of time without crashing to the ground.
