PLEASE can people on these message boards stop whinging.

Is the government in the pockets of the insurers? Probably, but nobody is going to do anything about it.

Will these reforms cause injustice and inconvenience to multitudes of whiplash claimants in the future? Almost certainly - but the government have clearly decided that they are not a priority group of people.

Will this lead to huge numbers of unemployment on both side of the whiplash fence? Of course it will, but those who have been paying their mortgage with whipcash have seen this on the horizon for years and must have a contingency plan in place.

Is any of this going to stop these reforms coming in? OF COURSE IT'S NOT!

Whichever side you are on - the game is over. It amazes me that people even bother to waste time on these message boards bemoaning the inevitable.
