Hogwash. The exaggerated profile of whiplash is because of constant bleating by insurers that their profits are being affected and by HM Gov allowing CMCs.

Go read HM Gov’s press release - written by an ABI apparatchik I’d hazard. Nowhere is there a claimant orientated comment or any balance to the picture that is being painted.

The compensation culture myth has been debunked many times. The Justice Committee findings have not been considered and overall it is a stitch up job.

Will it affect me personally? Not if the small claims limit increase only relates to RTAs only but I still recognise it for it is. If it relates to all claims then 95% of this sector will be redundant and the CMCs will move in.
