The Coop make me sick. As a probate lawyer I see their funeral bills on a regular basis. Usually twice the price of any other funeral director. Then there is the cross selling of probate work when people have just lost a relative. Imagine if we did this. Then the huge fees they charge for carrying out the probate work.
I recently had to deal with a Coop pre paid funeral. In the first call they told my young child, when they rang, that I had died! Then they lost one of the funeral forms, they misdirected relatives on two occasions who were trying to order flowers for the funeral.
