It is evident that issues of kindness, compassion, and fairness, are being rolled out gradually by the Judiciary. The old idea that a person owned their own property, and were entitled to do what they wished with it is being further eroded. I don’t know what Edward the Confessor would have had to say about it, but I suspect that he’d be against it all.
