I don't agree this is ground breaking. It is decided on its rare facts. It is a very unlikely and unusual set of facts -he left his estate to friends and tenants, not to his children (which is where the usual issues arise)and he made no provision for her.

there is no way I will ever move a man in here though as I want the children to have 100% and I will not risk these laws applying nor any rights arising for a cohabitant (plus it's rather nice not having a partner around at home anyway - you get more peace and quiet).
