I have posted a FOIA request to Land Registry that has been acknowledged by their Information Officer will be complied with :-

Dear Land Registry,
as above the inclusion on the register at Land Registry of the "First Digital Mortgage Signed ...", and the comment "Signatories’ identities are verified in advance by the Gov.UK Verify service, HM Land Registry said".
As a FOIA request, can Land Registry please answer to what laws have been passed that allow such an occurrence , that has been amply responded to in a published article on the "Law Gazette" website as open to Fraud, by their commentators, some recognisable able solicitors , while some comments are lodged anonymously.
A further feature for this already stated FOIA request being the also undermining of the work of Brigit Prentice in her role of Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Justice , taking the Legal Services Act 2007, through The House of Lords and the bringing in of the SRA Code of Conduct 2011 , in order to bring confidence back to the UK Public in conveyancing issues, for Land Registry to seemingly rubbish guidelines , legal process and even their actual role of accurately updating the register?

Yours faithfully,
Charlie Dimock
