Most of the ideas and suggestions being muted here are contained in the full (53 page) response document. You can't fix everything in one go, maybe never, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try to fix or improve some of the procedures we now have. Engage, be positive and it might just turn out better for the conveyancer, higher fees, less calls and emails etc. Do nothing but moan from the sidelines and you may end up with changes you really don't want.
