Simon L - what is this "come off it" - there is no need to be offensive just because you disagree. Of course the claims may be difficult to investigate, but it is reason ably predictable that if they are not properly defended you will get the avalanche. Much the same happened with deafness cases - one would have thought the industry might have noticed. That is exactly what encouraged the hard sell.
